Delivery Policy

FirstCall Medical Alarms are delivered free of charge throughout Australia.

The ‘Home Safe’ Medical Alarm is delivered using Australia Post Express Satchel service. The express service gives next day delivery to most parts of Eastern Australia. Western Australia may take up to 3 days.

FirstCall Mobile Alarm pendants contain a lithium battery and may need to be sent by road freight.

If nobody is home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in the letterbox and the article will be taken back to the local post office for collection.
