FirstCall Connect Pty Ltd, (T/A FirstCall Medical Alarms) supplied medical alarms to aged and at-risk Australians. FirstCall alarms were quality and reliable medical alarms that were simple to install and easy to use.
The owner of Firstcall Medical Alarms is Mr Phil Wait. Phil has a lifetime of experience in engineering and electronic design and, together with a business partner (Paul Hanley), owned and built the Vitalcall Medical Alarm business for 17 years until its sale to Chubb Electronic Security. Phil and Paul were pioneers in providing medical alarms and medical alarm monitoring services in Australia, and also developed a very successful range of revolutionary wireless nurse call systems used in residential aged-care facilities.
FirstCall Medical Alarms were supplied directly to users, their family, or their carers, and to retirement villages, care-management agencies, and to State and Federal government agencies.
